By signing this form,the student agrees to the following:
If I fail to complete the required school work for this subject or do not use my study periods responsibly to complete both the work for this subject and catch up on work missed in other subjects, I understand that I will be spoken to and may lose the privilege of undertaking the Vocation Education & Training (VET) Course. Responsible use of study periods includes:
Attending all scheduled study classes on time, and in the correct location;;
Actively engaging with set learning tasks for the entirety of my study period;
Submitting assignments on time;
Seeking help from teachers when needed; and
Not using my time to pursue non-educational activities.
I acknowledge that I could be required to return to regular classroom studies at Hunter Christian School. I recognise that Vocational Education & Training (VET) is a privilege, not a right, and I will not take this opportunity for granted.
